NITTR is committed to promoting equitable access to quality technical and vocational education by delivering inclusive training programmes that target out-of-school youth, women, internally displaced persons (IDPs), vulnerable communities, and other disadvantaged groups. The Institute is dedicated to expanding opportunities for individuals who face barriers to education, skills development, and employment, thereby contributing to social inclusion, economic empowerment, and national human capital development in Somalia.
